This page explains what happens to your information when you use BLACK at black.getservices.ai. It applies alongside the policies of GetServices.ai.
Short answer
Your briefs are sent to AI providers to produce answers. Attached spreadsheets are read in your browser and only a summary is sent. Calendar events you create are stored so BLACK Calendar can show them. BLACK does not sell your data.
Your briefs and answers
When you send a brief, BLACK's gateway passes it to one or more AI providers so they can answer: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), Perplexity and xAI (Grok). Each provider handles that data under its own terms. BLACK's gateway does not save your briefs or answers to a database.
Attached spreadsheets
Excel and CSV files are read inside your browser. Only a compact summary of the data is added to your brief and sent to the AI engines. The file itself is not uploaded to or stored on BLACK's servers.
Bank statements
Bank statement files (OFX, QFX, QBO, bank-style CSV or Excel exports and text PDFs) are also read inside your browser. Nothing is stored. Only a compact summary, with account numbers masked, is sent with your brief.
Websites in your brief
If your brief names a website, BLACK may open that page to read it so the answer reflects what is actually there.
Sign-in
BLACK uses your GetServices.ai account. Your email and password are passed securely from BLACK's server to the GetServices account service to sign you in.
BLACK Calendar
Events you create, scheduling proposals and any calendar you import are stored so BLACK Calendar can show them. A private calendar (iCal) address is stored encrypted. When you ask a calendar question, the next 14 days of your events are sent to the AI engines as context for that answer.
In your browser
BLACK stores small settings in your browser, such as your preview access and console preferences, so you do not have to set them each time. Clearing your browser data removes them.
